We and our employees are not medical practitioners or health practitioners, and do not give medical advice, treatment or diagnoses. You acknowledge and agree that the consultations, services and our recommended products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and you are solely responsible for determing the suitability of our products for your circumstances, and your reliance on our recommendations or products is at your risk.

Bookings:
All online bookings incur a 50% deposit that is due at the time of booking to secure the time slot, which will be deducted from the total cost of the appointment. You will receive a reminder about your booking via email or SMS. You will be required to provide us with details relating to your medical history, known allergies, skincare routine, lifestyle preferences in order for us to make an informed recommendations regarding products.

Cancellation Policy:
We have a strict 48 hour cancellation period. If you cancel an appointment within 48 hour cancellation period, the deposit will be forfeited.
If you cannot make it to your appointment for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email: celestelumiereglow@gmail.com
If you gave us more than 48 hours notice, your appointment can be rescheduled.

Running late:
If you find yourself running late to your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will accommodate our clients whenever possible and usually able to adjust your appointment time to compensate for 5-10 minutes
If you are funning late by more than 50% of the treatment time, you may be offerred an alternative service (at full price) if appropriate, otherwise it will be deemed as a no-show, our cancellation policy will apply and you will forfeit your booking deposit.

No-show fee:
If you fail to show up to your appointment without notice, our cancellation policy will apply and you will forfeit your booking deposit.

Refunds:
We do not refund items for change of mine. All product purchases are final, and we cannot accept exchanges or product returns due to risk of contamination. We will only offer an exchange if the product is deemed faulty or damaged. You will be required to return the product to the shop within 7 days of purchase for assessment from the manufacturer.

Results
Please note that individual results may vary and are not guaranteed. We strive to provide the highest quality treatments and services. However, the effectiveness of facials and skincare products can be influenced by a variety of factors including: skin type, age, overall health and lifestyle, consistency and commitment.

Treatment Guidelines
AVOID injectables, fillers 8 weeks, botox 3 weeks prior to receiving any facial treatments.
No prescription retinol to be used 3 days prior your treatment.
No chemical or physical exfoliation to be used 2 days prior your treatment.
Please be mindful if you are not feeling well or have been exposed to Covid-19.
